Application of Artificial Intelligence Techniques in Healthcare Data Analytics

摘要

Technological developments have revolutionized biomedical research and treatment, resulting in the massive collection of diverse biomedical data. Artificial intelligence techniques are widely used by medical researchers because they make it possible to identify and create models of complex datasets and the relationships between them, which in turn allows for the successful prediction of future outcomes related to a particular illness type. A methodology for medical data analysis by applying artificial intelligence techniques is proposed, which uses data to construct a desired model and address a specific problem. The methodology involves utilizing data to construct the desired model and address a particular issue. The proposed approach for healthcare data analytics applies an algorithm based on machine learning to select the most suitable model. The preprocessing phase is associated with feature extraction, data function selection, data cleaning and selection of training and validation datasets. The input dataset is transformed into numerical format. A cardiovascular data analysis workflow applying a structured approach to develop a predictive model using neural network consisting of two hidden layers is designed.
