Definition and Evaluation of Negative Effects of Urban Transportation Energy Supply Network
摘要
The effective operation of transportation energy supply is the basic basis for the normal running of vehicles, and also further guarantees the normal development of economy and society. However, due to the large-scale randomness of vehicle replenishment demand, improper site selection, insufficient energy supply, and other reasons, vehicle replenishment behavior will produce negative effects. The negative effect here refers to the adverse factors brought by urban energy supply terminal sites to people and the environment, which are reluctant to produce and need to avoid as much as possible.
