Ability Mining of Toe Manipulation Under Force Against Toe Flexion
摘要
Ability mining is based on the concept that by making situations where people operate under conditions different from those of everyday life, new potentials and previously unnoticed abilities can be discovered. As an ability-mining study, an investigation was conducted on the ability to manipulate with toes. Experiments were conducted on cases where resistance force was applied to toe flexion movements, and the results showed that weak resistance to the first toe tended to result in better manipulation ability than no resistance. On the other hand, there was a tendency for the manipulation ability to decrease under resistance on the second toe.
