A Cascaded Michelson Interferometer and Its Application to Glass Fibers

We propose cascaded two-beam interference, which is considered a cosine function of higher order n greater than one (n > 1). We investigate the fringe shift of the microscopic object w.r.t the cascaded two-beam interference of higher orders of n = 1, 2, 3 up to n = 25.
