In Vivo Models of Cell Migration
摘要
The relevance of studies of cell migration in vitro needs to be validated by the study of cell migration in vivo. This chapter will give an update on in vivo studies in various animal systems such as worms, fruit flies, fish, frogs, chickens, and rodents, with a focus on technological developments to investigate cell migration in vivo, particularly in angiogenesis, wound healing, and cancer metastasis.
