Software Applications for the Analysis of Cell Migration

This chapter aims to provide an overview of software available for analysing raw data from migratory studies. It discusses significant parameters for evaluating migratory events and serves as a guide to selecting the most suitable software based on the acquisition technique used in the experiment. Special focus is given to open-source solutions. Finally, internet links are provided to help find useful analytical software.
