This work aims at displaying and analyzing the relationship between PDO and PGI products and the territories they are produced in. It does so through the use of network science, depicting the relationships as a bipartite network. This approach proves useful in displaying in an intuitive manner different features of the products and the territories, given its flexibility and broad range of applicability to different measures. To outline its usefulness, an application is performed on the products and territories of the Italian Puglia region to show some of the possible applications.
