Attachment Selection for IOD (IROD/ISOD)

There are many factors that affect the long-term success of dental implants from the indication stage to the prosthetic stage. Therefore, in order to achieve long-term healthy function of the implants, evaluations should be made thoroughly in all these stages. In the third chapter of this book, patient, implant, and surgical factors affecting the success of dental implants, clinical, radiographic, and diagnostic model evaluations of the patients, surgical stages of implant placement, and conventional, early, and immediate loading concepts of maxillary and mandibular implant overdentures were discussed.
