General Overview of Implant Treatment
摘要
Today, with the developments in technology and innovations in materials, the application of implant-supported prostheses in completely edentulous patients has become quite common due to the problems occurring in complete denture patients. In the first chapter of this book, problems in complete dentures, methods for increasing the stability of complete dentures, implant treatment types for complete denture patients, intraoral and extraoral factors to be considered in the treatment planning of fixed or removable implant-retained prosthesis, bone quality and quantity, and selection of prosthesis type according to LZ classification were discussed.
