Mechanoactivated Mineral Compositions Based on Portland Cement Clinker Containing Blast-Furnace Dump Slag

The study reflects the goals of global sustainable economic development. The work presents the research results of the metallurgical rational waste use in composite cement production. Metallurgical waste use is considered for the production of concrete, mortars and dry building mixtures of various functional purposes in factories. The centrifugal impact grinding process determines the formation of surface nanostructuring and the production of the mechanoactivated composite. Alternative solutions are considered for composite cement production. There are both intergrinding components and their mixing in a crushed state. The optimal composite cement formulation was determined with the maximum use of slags. These composite cements meet the requirements of the current regulatory and technical documentation. Conclusions present information about the feasibility of using metallurgical waste. The diagrams below illustrate the kinetics of stone strength gain of composite cements and the compositional cement stone microstructure obtained by various methods.
