System Analysis and Processes Modeling of Waste Water Treatment and Automatic Control of the Indicators Taking into Account an Emergency Probability

The article revealed the problem of the impossibility of ensuring the required water quality in the event of an emergency, or other unforeseen situations. The choice of tools for solving the problem is justified: System analysis and functional modeling in IDEF0 notation. A functional model was developed and a systematic analysis of the wastewater treatment technology of one of the enterprises of the gas processing industry was carried out. The choice of the facility was due to the high requirements for the treatment of wastewater of the enterprise due to the strong influence of processed products on the environment of the surrounding area. Analysis of the model showed the inability of the used wastewater treatment system to respond in a timely manner to the sudden release of contaminated water in an extremely situation. Based on the identified shortcomings of the applied technological scheme, the TO-BE model of the modernization of the used technological scheme of purification was developed, which will allow the life of the population in case of an emergency.
