Graph Compression
摘要
The algorithms presented in this chapter may be applied to any unweighted or weighted graphs. Concerning epidemics, they can be applied to personal contact networks. For example, contact tracing and various proximity-detecting apps can track movement and contact between individuals. Combining all this information for a large population such as a city or state would produce an extremely large graph. Ideally one would wish to analyze and determine recommendations based upon the information found in the graph, however the size and complexity of the graph makes this very difficult.
