In this context, the this study aims at defining a dynamic relationship between professional figures and the skills required in the recruitment process in the assistential healthcare sector in Italy. The matching between professional requirements and candidates’ skills was examined using dynamic factor analysis. This methodology is particularly effective in the case of multi-way data where the three dimensions considered are professional figures, required soft skills, and years of observation. Through the implementation of this technique, it is possible to highlight the professional trajectory of selected figures and the presence of new emerging skills.
