Voices of the Ocean

The ocean is full of voices or sound waves that travel all over the sea. The sound is generated from natural sources such as earthquakes, breaking ice, ocean currents, and waves. Upon this comes how all marine species communicate with each other and all noise generated by human activities. We can also look at the large amount of data collected by marine scientists, ocean poetry, and art as voices of the ocean and now as metaphors. Here, the ocean voices play into our human feelings and can generate a close connection to the sea.
