Children may find it hard to report on their complaints. It might be difficult to say how long spells of vertigo and dizziness last, as well as what provokes or accompanies them. Because children are inexperienced in describing their vestibular concerns as dizziness or vertigo, clinical and laboratory tests become more important (Yang et al. 2023).
