摘要

Problem statement: When designing information-measuring and control systems (IMS), the main problem is the informed choice of system elements: sensors, amplifiers, filters, information processing devices and actuators. This problem is due to the fact that there are a very large number of different developments on the modern market. Therefore, the task of selecting elements is to select the most optimal option from a large number of elements. Each element has its own technical characteristics and one of the characteristics may have an advantage over other characteristics. When designing systems, it is necessary to consider a priority list of characteristics for a specific task. The problem of selecting elements for intelligent electromechanical systems SEMS, which can contain a wide variety of elements, devices and subsystems, is especially relevant. When designing a SEMS, the compatibility of elements and devices must be taken into account. Thus, the design of SEMS is quite a complex task and it is obviously possible to solve it using machine methods. The article presents a methodology for the morphological synthesis of IMS, based on the method of hierarchy analysis, which allows selecting the most optimal option based on several criteria. This technique was used in the design of an automated control system for monitoring the geometric parameters of large-sized shells of rotation of the main basic parts of aerospace and power engineering. The IMS contains optical-electronic converters, an electromechanical drive for positioning the converters, which makes it possible to determine their spatial position, at which the control error is minimal. The use of this design technique has shown its effectiveness. However, in this technique, when processing the results of expert assessments, an operation on matrices is used and its influence on the quality of the choice of option is not clear, and the existing technique does not take into account the compatibility of different elements: sensors, information processing devices and electric drives. Therefore, it is necessary to modernize the design methodology taking into account the requirements of SEMS. Purpose of the study: to solve the problem of optimal selection of SEMS elements that allow obtaining the maximum possible characteristics of the designed system, it is necessary to conduct research into the influence of all operations of the method on the result of the choice. It is necessary to develop conditions for the compatibility of all elements of the IMS, taking into account the requirements of SEMS. Based on the conducted research, develop a new design methodology. Results: A study of all morphological synthesis operations for various tasks was carried out and it was revealed that matrix operations perform the function of averaging the estimates of options. It was proposed to solve the operation of averaging estimates using simpler operations, which makes it possible to reduce the complexity of manual synthesis. Compatibility conditions have been proposed.
