Imaging Modalities for Prostate Cancer
摘要
Imaging plays a vital role as a noninvasive tool in the journey of patients with prostate cancer, including in diagnosis and posttreatment follow-up. Moreover, advances both in the imaging and treatment of prostate cancer have ushered a paradigm shift in prostate cancer management, offering opportunities for early detection, improved locoregional staging, and the selection of patients to active surveillance versus radical treatment. This chapter discusses the role of commonly used imaging modalities in several common clinical scenarios pertaining to patients with prostate cancer. Moreover, radiomics and artificial intelligence applications will be discussed toward the end of the chapter.
