There is a light bulb in each of the 49 small squares. The light bulbs are divided into blocks by the thick lines. In a block either all or none of the light bulbs is lit. The numbers featured at some of the rows and columns show the total number of lit light bulbs in them. How many light bulbs are lit on the board?
