Hybrid Instruments for Construction Project Management
摘要
In the study of methodologies, methods, systems, standards and management techniques applied to construction projects, hybrid instruments for their execution and administration are observed. It is from the scientific methods of the rational and empirical, the interpretative and inductive research and the qualitative methodology that variables and attributes expressed in phases from interdisciplinary and systemic approaches are identified in the analyzed experiences of hybrid instruments for the management of construction projects. In this perspective, the objective was to evaluate instruments with hybrid characteristics that help the execution and management of construction projects in a flexible and adaptable way to different environments. As a result, a best practice analysis has been conducted to enrich the way a construction project is executed and managed. In this way, it has been possible to integrate and consolidate the basic principles of hybrid typologies from different perspectives of construction project management for their application in different projects.
