TBLT in the Classroom: Unready Teachers

This chapter introduces the issue of teacher preparedness to use tasks. It provides an in-depth discussion of a significant issue in implementing TBLT: how to help teachers use tasks in their classroom. Despite various efforts, the effectiveness of teacher training for TBLT remains unsatisfactory.
