The Beauty of Nonlinearities

In our pragmatic world, we should also think about the aesthetic values around us, including science. Many years ago, I wrote an essay on the beauty of nonlinear dynamics (Engelbrecht, 1996). Here I shall first enlarge the ideas of this essay and then proceed to our results.
