Research on the Profitability of Distributed Photovoltaic Projects in Zhejiang Province Considering the Impacts of Electricity Demand and Spot Markets
摘要
This study examines the composition of installed power capacity, power supply and demand, and future planning in Zhejiang Province. By considering electricity pricing policies and the operational logic of the spot market, A method for calculating the expected value of “self-generation and self-consumption.” is proposed. This method is based on comprehensive electricity cost calculation and the balance between generation and consumption. It provides a reference for determining self-consumption contractual electricity prices for distributed PV projects and can be used to measure the investment and evaluate the value of existing and future distributed PV projects.
