摘要

Effectively employing passive architectural design methods is crucial for both energy conservation in buildings and enhancing the quality of residential environments. It is difficult to achieve the optimization goal because of complex nonlinear relationship among influenced factors in the building performance design. In this study, it focuses on high-rise residential buildings in regions with hot summers and cold winters. Through the adoption of a sensitivity analysis approach, factors influencing building energy consumption, including thermal performance of the building envelope, window-wall ratio, building orientation, and building floor number, are subjected to simulation analysis. By utilizing a normalized sensitivity analysis method, the sensitivity impacts of different factors on building energy consumption are calculated, alongside comparative evaluations of their weight relationships. It provides insights and references for passive energy-saving design and optimization in high-rise residential buildings.
