Emergency Evacuation of Clean Plants: A Systematic Review

Today the world’s rapid development of science and technology, electronic precision instruments, semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology-related manufacturing industry is growing rapidly, which makes the clean plant has achieved unprecedented development. The special nature of the products produced in clean plants makes the requirements for emergency evacuation also unique. Therefore, how to solve the complex emergency evacuation problems of clean plants is an important research topic. This study searched the Chinese database of China Knowledge Network (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS) for clean plant evacuation, industrial plant evacuation and literature on evacuation, and sorted out and analyzed the current status of research on clean plant and evacuation optimization, and the results of the study show that. It can be seen through the study of the literature that China's research on clean plants mainly focuses on fire protection, evacuation and internal structure; for emergency evacuation research, it is possible to make use of advanced computer technology and software from other countries, such as Build Evac, FDS simulation software, 3D Max and VR virtual technology, pathfinderTM evacuation simulation software, etc. in the future, the emergency evacuation research field of clean plants can be combined with high-tech technology and AI tools to optimise the design of evacuation paths, so as to improve the escape efficiency of the employees in clean plants.
