The Evaluation Technique Method for Identifying Rural Inefficient Industrial Land and Its Application in Semi-urbanized Areas Based on GIS

摘要

Since the reform and opening up, rural industrialization in China's semi-urbanized areas has led to the rapid development of local urbanization, exposing the root cause of the “structural inefficiency” of rural industrial land. As a result, in the era of stock and reduction planning, it has become a key issue to solve the inefficient problem of rural industrial land and realize efficient allocation to improve the quality and efficiency of rural industrial land. Meanwhile, it is valuable for enriching rural geography that the paper studies the spatial distribution and causal mechanisms of rural inefficient industrial land in semi-urbanized areas. Taking Wujiang district as an example, this paper collects the spatial vector data of rural industrial land, constructs the evaluation index system and method at parcel-microscale for identifying RIIL in semi-urbanized areas based on GIS, and discusses its implementation and application in planning control. It is hoped to provide reference and decision-making support for the reduction of RIIL.
