Making Sense of the Pandemic

Since ‘the spread of this virus was an unknown and elusive phenomenon for everyone, including experts’ (Interview 2), a part of the efforts of the policy makers and those involved in the management of the pandemic was devoted to trying to understand the phenomenon in order to be able to tackle it with effective measures.
