Leading with a GAIN Focus

This chapter applies the GAIN concept in a leadership context. It considers some best practice ideas, and then alerts us about mental stances that can inhibit the practice of GAIN, some of which are, Lamenting, Obsessing, Scathing, Envying (LOSE). Each of these behaviors is reviewed in light of their disparaging effects on your advancement and overall psyche.
