This chapter marks the final aspect in the GAIN cycle, and at the same time presents the beginning of the next stage of your life. It reminds you that rebirth can be a continuous process of renewing yourself and growing from your experiences. It will also emphasize the challenge of choice in that it is in your own hands (or mind) to decide how you will perceive and proceed on your life’s path: as a sequence of defeats and losses, or a sequence of victories and gains. The chapter emphasizes concepts such as self-renewal, inner-change, optimism, open-mindedness, and meaning, among others.
