摘要

This academic study analyses the use of Monica Bot in the metaverse for educational purposes, looking at how it can change the way students, teachers, and virtual robot machines interact and how it affects learning in general. The existing literature on artificial intelligence (AI) in education tends to treat AI and its interactions to investigate human behaviour in education separately. Instead, this paper delves deeply into Monica Bot’s unique function in the metaverse, examining its impact on communication dynamics, interactions, student engagement, and the creation of individualised learning paths. Using a quantitative approach based on survey design, this research collects data using observation techniques and questionnaire instruments. IBM SPSS version 26 was used for data analysis. The research population was 207 students of professional teacher education (PPG) at Universitas Al Asyariah Mandar, teachers of Pancasila and citizenship education, and a sample of 32 was taken from random selection with the characteristics of respondents who had interacted with AI during learning. This study explores the many benefits of this technology and examines its limitations in terms of technology, ethics, and education by utilising real-world case studies. In the end, everything depends on the significant conclusions drawn by educational leaders and lawmakers, who must fight for equitable distribution of AI resources, strict ethical standards, and creative and innovative teaching methods. The importance of a balanced learning model in using AI capabilities, as well as proactive steps to resolve ethical issues and make them accessible in a practical and efficient manner, are at the heart of the discourse.
