摘要

Given the importance of the health sector and its impact on society in general, this study is made to improve performance in organizations working in this sector by using artificial intelligence, which has occupied a large part of our world today, as medical robots and medical and administrative systems would develop many medical procedures and work. And private administration in the medical field. In this study, the Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) system is used to clarify the impact of the most important standards for improving performance and determine the levels of those standards in addition to the direct impact of each standard on the other standards and on the overall performance of the health organization. The study is concluded that patient satisfaction is the basic factor that the health organization looks for in the process of improving its performance, that is, it is the most important criterion for improving performance. The standards come in the form of a conical matrix that shows the impact of the standards among them on overall performance. The process is carried out by simulating the system for the data obtained by experts working in the health sector and providing the system with the results that help it to improve its performance by relying on the most important standards.
