The Investment of Human Capital in Digital Green Economy Transition to Support Artificial Intelligence Technologies at Private Hospitals
摘要
The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of digital human capital on artificial intelligence technologies at private hospitals. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 118 doctors working in hospitals for the Al-Najaf Governorate. The research’s framework model studies the direct relationship between digital human capital and artificial intelligence. This study controlled the effect level and tested all the hypotheses using AMOS V.25 - SPSS V.26 statistical programs. The results indicate the acceptance of all the four hypotheses in the research model which demonstrate a positive and significant relationship between digital human capital and artificial intelligence. Furthermore, knowledge-based digital leisure was shown to strengthen the direct impact on artificial intelligence whilst perceived digital autonomy weakens the direct impact on artificial intelligence. This research contributes to the knowledge of doctors in hospitals by exploring the impact of digital human capital on artificial intelligence technologies. Secondly, this research develops a new framework to explain the relationship between digital human capital behaviors and artificial intelligence application in the health sector.
