Exploring University Faculty Members’ Sustainable Innovative Behavior of Work with Artificial Intelligence: A Review of the Literature

Sustainability and artificial intelligence intervention extensively in the field of education. In order to fabricate innovations, faculty members must be trained. However, the weak productivity growth shows that mostly countries passively require creativity and innovation, as evidenced by the inactive contribution of the entire aspect of productivity and education to the increase in output. This is despite the creation of a superb, creative human capital-producing education system on a global level. Innovative job behavior introduction, the deliberate invention, and application of novel ideas in the workplace with the aim of boosting both individual and organizational performance. As a result, lecturers who exhibit innovative behavior of work are capable of working creatively, contributing ideas, and producing fruitful results for the institution where they are employed. According to earlier research investigations; these indicators include commitment to the job, workplace facilities, autonomy, job instability, rewards, and job design. However, the majority of earlier studies held that job autonomy and commitment had a significant impact on innovative behavior of work. To close a knowledge gap regarding innovative behavior of work in educational institutions tasked with supplying faculty members with valuable and useful knowledge, this study aimed to create a review of literature for what factors university faculty members’ innovative behavior of work. This material was researched by a thorough study of the pertinent literature. The study concludes that job autonomy and job dedication have a positive impact on creating the conditions that encourage university professors to engage in creative behavior of work. This article is expected to provide significant information about inventive behavior of work that will help the government develop work educational reform that will benefit government and its citizens.
