Mechanical Wear of Refractory Material
摘要
To carry out annealing treatments in an inert or reducing atmosphere, ceramic annealing boxes filled with the material to be treated are placed on the push plates (skillets) arranged in a row and slowly pressed through a push plate (skillets) furnace. The pusher plates (skillets) stand on a ceramic slide rail. Both materials are subjected to wear. The task is to find the material combination with the least wear. The number of revolutions of the pusher plates (skillets), i.e. the number of load and temperature changes they can withstand, should be as large as possible. In addition to the materials used, temperature, atmosphere, annealing material, weight, continuous or jerky movement, speed and duration are the most important influences. Any disturbance can lead to a long standstill, i.e. loss of production.
