Thermomechanical Behavior of Carbon-Containing Refractories
摘要
Pure iron (2 kg) is inductively melted (10 kHz.) in a crucible made of sintered corundum and let dwell at 1600 °C. The vacuum vessel contains pure argon (800 mbar). A test bar (20 × 20 mm2) is immersed 40 mm deep in the melt for up to 5 h.
