摘要

Since antiquity, textile production has been linked to natural sources. But, nowadays, because of fast fashion, the disastrous socio-environmental impacts are getting progressively worse and are affecting the marine and land world, ecosystems and human beings. Considered in this way, bio-designers are becoming more responsible by turning their ethical, green and ecological perception, to promote a more sustainable and healthier world. They aim at the exploration, exploitation and incorporation of living organisms and systems in order to create biodegradable and sustainable materials. As regards, through biotechnology, Biodesigner seems to have an ethical approach and solution in favor of ecological and environmental well-being by experimenting marine and land resources like fungi mushroom, mycelium and algae to create a biobased and sustainable material.
