Aortic Regurgitation
摘要
Using the ventricular pressure–volume relationship and the time-varying elastance model, we discuss the pathophysiology of acute and chronic compensated aortic regurgitation. This is followed by a discussion on the hemodynamic impact of vasoactive therapies in acute and chronic decompensated aortic regurgitation.
