Primary Mitral Regurgitation
摘要
Using the ventricular pressure–volume relationship and the time-varying elastance model, we discuss the pathophysiology of acute and chronic compensated primary mitral regurgitation. This is followed by a discussion on the hemodynamic impact of vasoactive agents in acute and chronic decompensated primary mitral regurgitation.
