Severe Sepsis and Septic Shock
摘要
Using the ventricular pressure–volume relationship and the time-varying elastance model, the pathophysiology of hemodynamic phenotypes of severe sepsis is reviewed, including the hemodynamic impact of intravascular volume and vasoactive therapies.
