Within the Co-Creating the Relationship Domain, there are three competencies: 1. Establishes and Maintains Agreements; 2. Cultivates Trust and Safety; and 3. Maintains Presence. These competencies relate to creating clear agreements for the coaching relationship, process, plan, and goals, along with how to create a safe and supportive environment to enable client growth and development. Establishes and Maintains Agreements is the third ICF competency and the first in the Co-Creating the Relationship Domain.
