Demonstrates Ethical Practice (Competency 1)

Within the Foundation Domain there are two core competencies:1.Demonstrates Ethical Practices; and 2. Embodies a Coaching Mindset. These competencies relate to applying coaching ethics and standards, along with developing a mindset that is open, curious, flexible, and client-centered. They are, generally, less observable but underpin the essence of a competent coach: their ethical behavior and their professional identity.
