Exploring the Practice of Team Coaching

In this chapter, we will explore the world of team coaching in practice. We will consider when the team coach should coach and when they may move to consulting or other modes of team development. We will also briefly discuss referrals for individuals who may be members of the team, but where a referral to another helping professional is required.
