摘要

Team Coaching is one of the fastest growing disciplines in the coaching profession and an increasingly important intervention. As a result, more organizations—private corporations, government agencies, and non-profit/charities—are resorting to team coaching to harness the power, energy, and wisdom of the team, and to work towards sustainable results and continuing development. As the demand of team coaching increases, team coaches desire to differentiate themselves and showcasing their reliability as partners, equipped with the complex skills for effective team coaching. The development of the team coaching practitioner, similarly to the development of the one-to-one coaching practitioner (Passmore & Sinclair, 2024), is constant. Section II of the ICF Code of Ethics includes Standard 16 Commit to excellence through continued personal, professional and ethical development. In this chapter, we are going to present some of the available continuous professional development opportunities of the team coaching practitioner.
