摘要

Supervision allows team coaches to reflect on their practice, notice patterns of behavior, and explore who they are, forming a fundamental role in their personal and professional development. It is seen as important for coaches; however, it can be argued that it is essential for team coaches, who manage multiple dynamics, increased complexity, and the broader systemic context when working with teams. The importance of supervision is reflected in the requirement for evidence of supervision to achieve ICF ACTC team coaching credentials, and we are also now seeing some organizations requesting that team coaches actively engage in supervision.
