Navigating Systemic Challenges and Opportunities as a Team Coach

This chapter aims to help team coaches reflect on their level of awareness and state of their practice, regarding some of our time’s main challenges and opportunities. The four areas we will discuss include (1) team engagement and wellbeing, (2) team diversity and inclusion, (3) team coaching, climate change and our broader ecology, and (4) team coaching and the technological revolution.
