Using Coaching Tools for Team Coaching

Coaching tools are often seen by coaches as a useful resource and within team coaching can provide a useful structure to a team coaching session. However team coaches need to have available a wide range of tools to be able to flex and adapt to meet team needs. In this chapter we will explore the role and value of tools within the team coaching session. Secondly, we will share some of our proven tools which we have used in team coaching assignments.
