Frameworks and Models in Context and Examples of Those Used by Team Coaches

In this chapter, we will review a range of different frameworks and models applied by team coaches in their practice, drawing on published sources. Our aim is both to highlight the diversity of approaches and to encourage a team coach to begin to develop their own integrated approach, drawing on a range of different frameworks and adapting to meet the needs of the client teams and organizational problems in the moment.
