Vibrations of Systems with an Infinite Number of Degrees of Freedom

This chapter is devoted to systems with an infinite number of degree of freedom. Free vibrations of beams with uniformly distributed mass, problems and solutions, fundamental functions of the equation of vibration of beams, longitudinal vibrations of rods with a distributed mass, problems and solutions, frequencies of free vibrations of trusses, problems, and solutions are discussed in the present chapter.
