摘要

Parastomal hernia (PSH) is one of the most common long-term complications following permanent stomas. Laparoscopic closure of parastomal defects can be technically challenging, which may account for the high recurrence rates. The modified Sugarbaker technique has the lowest recurrent rate of all the other options for surgical repair of PSH.
