Low-Cost Didactic Models for the Teaching-Learning of Automated Systems in Academic Environments
摘要
This article consists of creating low-cost didactic models to be used in practical activities in the area of Industrial Automation applied to Electromechanics students. In this sense, we analyze the prices and activities that can be performed in the existing models in the market according to the type of production present in the northern Amazon of Ecuador. Subsequently, the training stations are proposed by analyzing the mechanical and electrical materials that exist in the area, the mechanical and electrical designs are made to assemble the systems by coupling sensors, actuators, programmable automatons, pneumatic systems, etc., to the existing ones. Finally, the manufacturing price of the constructed model is compared with the standards, resulting in an affordable and economic value for educational institutions. The applicability of the didactic modules to 80 students of the Electromechanics career is evaluated, presenting motivating results regarding improvements in the acquisition and development of learning skills and abilities in practical activities.
