Application of CNC Systems for the Manufacture of Electronic Boards

In the present project, a CNC system was designed for a horizontal and circular positioner in the manufacture of printed circuits, which will serve to make electronic boards with greater precision where a referential, exploratory methodology was used based on computerized systems that help to a more efficient control of the production system making and manufacturing. In addition, it will allow the attainment of greater control and precision of the tracks routing through the machines by numerical control this decreases the manufacturing time, another of the problems for which the research was developed is the use of ferric acids for the burning of the plate this is harmful since the students of the technical careers of the Vida Nueva University Institute nowadays continue to use the traditional method, this can cause direct effects on the skin and eyesight, if the substances are handled incorrectly. Giving a solution to the aforementioned problems, it was built a system capable of making electronic cards in less time and without the use of chemical agents using mechanical prototypes for circular and horizontal movement provided with a mobile metal table that rotates with the product and a mobile trolley composed of pinion-rack for the free movement of the tool for the machining and routing of the tracks which is mounted on two screws that move manually on the Z and Y axes.
